President Obama spoke last night in Washington about the economy as the White House gets set for a major speech in Illinois Wednesday on how to help the middle class. But Obama immediately tempered the crowd's expectations on what could be accomplished by suggesting that his initiatives will not make it through the GOP-controlled House.

Laura Ingraham weighed in this morning on Fox and Friends after Steve Doocy noted that Obama never seems to miss a chance to criticize Republicans.

"It's so juvenile. I want to laugh, but it's really pathetic. The president, as a grown man, in his fifth year in office is still blaming Congress?" she said, likening the behavior to the way her young sons, ages 5 and 3, behave.
