Earlier on America's Newsroom, we heard from storm chaser Reed Timmer, who was part of a group that got amazingly close to one of the tornadoes that touched down this weekend in Oklahoma. Timmer, of TVnWeather.com, said he believes the area, near Oklahoma City, dodged a major bullet and described it as a "miracle" that just one person died.

Timmer's group shot footage near the city of Edmond, and at one point they were actually inside a funnel cloud in their specially-designed vehicle. He explained how the 10,000-pound vehicle allows them to drive right through these massive storms.
