On Hannity Wednesday night, terrorism expert Steve Emerson revealed that according to his sources, the Saudi national who was once considered a 'person of interest' in the Boston marathon bombing is being deported on national security grounds next Tuesday.

UPDATE: STEVE EMERSON WILL RETURN TO 'HANNITY' TONIGHT, THURSDAY 4/18, WITH MORE DETAILS. TUNE IN AT 9P/12A ET.

Emerson said, “This is the way things are done with Saudi Arabia. You don’t arrest their citizens, you deport them because they don’t want them to be embarrassed and that’s the way we appease them.”

Emerson learned of the news through a senior official in ICE, the agency that’s conducting the deportation, saying, “The question is why is he not being prosecuted as opposed to being deported.”

Hannity added that an interesting report by Reuters surfaced indicating that President Obama met with the Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Wednesday, which was not originally on his schedule.
