NEW VIDEO: Jodi Arias' Parents Talk About Daughter in Police Interrogations - 'Sometimes She'd Call in a Rage, Screaming at My Wife'
We're getting a look at another round of police interrogation footage as the Jodi Arias trial continues in Phoenix. This time, it's Arias' parents in the interrogation room, with police trying to figure out why their daughter would have murdered her boyfriend, Travis Alexander. The trial centers around Arias' claims that she stabbed him and shot him in self-defense.
In the video, William Arias tells
police about confrontations between his daughter and his wife, Sandy.
"Sometimes she'd call real sweet, and 10 minutes later, she'd call in a rage, you know, just screaming at my wife. She did that over the last year and a half," he recalled, going on to say he could not see a reason for the murder because he believed his daughter and Alexander were "getting along so good."
Last month, police released bizarre surveillance video of Jodi Arias singing, doing a handstand and talking to herself when police left her alone in an interrogation room.
