A number of law school graduates who can’t find jobs as lawyers are filing class action lawsuits against their law schools. They claim the schools lured them in with the promise of employment.

Judge Napolitano believes these lawsuits, which have been filed across the country, will likely be consolidated and heard before one judge.

“If there’s a trial, the issue will be was it really fraud? […] Was it really a material misrepresentation or was it accurate at the time it was stated and then financial times changed?” he said.
