This past week, First Lady Michelle Obama has appeared with Big Bird in a PSA ad, on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the Oscars, ABC’s Good Morning America, and with Dr. Oz in an interview that will air later this week.

Syndicated columnist Michelle Malkin created a parody video about the first lady dancing with Jimmy Fallon. On Hannity

, Malkin said after she made the video she has received a lot of backlash.

“The more fun that conservatives can show, the madder and the more hate-filled the liberal left gets,” she said, pointing out that it's unbelievable the amount of vitriol caused by a "silly little video."

Malkin said it goes deeper than lampooning Obama’s dance spoof with Jimmy Fallon.

“There is a very strategic White House charm offensive going on by the East Wing. Everything that they do is calculated. I think that I do have to give Michelle Obama an immense amount of credit. For some reason this woman who is so privileged and has been her entire life, whose career has been marked by cronyism, is able to connect with mainstream culture.”
