Jillian Michaels of "The Biggest Loser" says she never thought she'd write another book because she felt like she had said "everything there is to say" about weight loss. But over the past few years, she says she kept getting questions from people who were confused or overwhelmed,

thinking they did not have the time or the money to lose weight successfully.

This morning on Fox and Friends she explained four simple strategies for losing weight and keeping it off. She lays it all out in her new book, "Slim For Life."

Her first point is never eliminate a food group entirely from your diet, even though some diets recommend cutting out fat or carbs. She also identifies a common mistake of many dieters, which she calls the "worst thing" you can do.
