Home at Last: Carnival Cruise Passengers Describe Experience, Make Final Journeys Home After Being Stranded at Sea
As of approximately 9:15pm CT on Thursday, the nightmare for the nearly 3,000 passengers aboard Carnival Cruise's 'Triumph' came to an end. The ship docked in Mobile, Alabama, where it then took about four hours to get everyone off the boat, as many of the formerly stranded crew and passengers waved, cheered and even kissed the ground after their five-day ordeal.
