Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson Jr. explained this morning some of the big cost increases that are coming when Obamacare takes effect. He laid out three main "glitches" with the Affordable Care Act on Fox and Friends.

For example, the Congressional Budget Office

now says 7 million workers could lose employer-based health coverage. Johnson explained that employers may opt to pay fines and penalties for not offering coverage, since that would be less than the insurance premiums. Other companies are expected to hire more part-time workers instead of full-time so they are not required to provide health insurance.

Overall, he said there are a lot of "unintended, unforeseen consequences" of the massive health care overhaul.
