What some are predicting to be a blockbuster winter storm is headed for the Northeast on Friday. The storm is expected to dump up to two feet of snow in some parts of the region, with Boston, Mass. seeing the heaviest snow predictions.

Fox News Chief Meteorologist Rick Reichmuth concurs that the bullseye of the storm is likely to be right around the Boston area. As two storm systems converge, the beginning of the precipitation will start

in the overnight hours Thursday. The bulk of the storm is likely to hit Friday evening and continue into Saturday morning.

Reichmuth says it’s hard to predict exact totals for the New York City area, but that the city will see rain for most of the day Friday turning to snow in the evening.
