JUST IN: Justice Department to Give Lawmakers Classified Documents for Drone Strikes
Shepard Smith reported that an administration official confirmed the Department of Justice will give lawmakers classified legal arguments for using drone strikes against American citizens suspected of terrorist activities abroad.
