Report: Grand Jury Voted to Indict JonBenet Ramsey’s Parents
A bombshell new report reveals that a Colorado grand jury voted to indict the parents of JonBenet Ramsey following the little girl’s murder, but prosecutors refused to try the case. The revelation comes more than 13 years after the district attorney said his office lacked enough evidence to file charges against anyone suspected in the six-year-old’s death. Her parents weren’t exonerated until 2008, two years after Patsy Ramsey died from cancer.
On Happening Now this morning, Jamie Colby examined the new information with two legal experts. Watch the discussion, here.
