After a number of scheduling conflicts and a serious illness, outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will testify today on Capitol Hill about the September 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya. Four Americans were killed in the terror raid, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Will the families of the victims finally get answers about what went wrong today? Former Ambassador John Bolton joined Fox and Friends to preview the hearings.

Bolton said that if he were doing the questioning, he would ask Clinton very specific questions. “I would not give Secretary Clinton the chance to filibuster about broad policy issues and skate past her personal responsibilities,” he said.

The questioning should follow the three phases of the attack: what happened before September 11, what happened on the day of the attack, and what happened after.
