The nation's biggest health insurer, UnitedHealth, today issued a warning about costs of President Obama's health care law, saying their own costs will be running up.

Judge Napolitano reacted on today's Your World, saying that no one should be surprised that premiums will increase as Obamacare begins to hit insurers across the country.

Napolitano said that the

increase in premiums will likely be largely attributed to the Affordable Care Act requiring insurers to use 80 to 85 percent of collected premium revenues directly on health care, not on investment or management. In order to maintain current revenue levels, insurers will undoubtedly try to combat the caps on expenses by hiking premiums ahead of the hit.
