Three Years After the Earthquake, Greta Van Susteren Takes You Inside Efforts to Rebuild Haiti
By On the Record Host Greta Van Susteren
It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since a massive earthquake devastated Haiti and killed more than 300,000 people. In the aftermath of the tragedy, Haitians are working to rebuild their lives and communities. Tonight on our On the Record special: Rebuilding Haiti at 10p/1a ET, we’ll take an in-depth look at the recovery effort in Haiti.
I’ve witnessed some of the work being done firsthand during my many trips to Haiti with Reverend Franklin Graham and Samaritan’s Purse International Relief Organization. I was incredibly touched when Samaritan’s Purse named Greta Home and Academy in Haiti in my honor. Tonight, we’ll take you inside these new facilities and show you how relief workers are giving Haitian children a home, an education and a chance to grow up and help their country.
Plus, we’ll take a look at how far Haiti has come in the last three years and what’s happening there right now. Don’t miss our On the Record special: Rebuilding Haiti tonight at 10p/1a ET!
