This afternoon, the 113th Congress will be sworn in and the looming question in Washington is whether John Boehner will be re-elected as Speaker of the House. Boehner has drawn fire from fellow conservatives recently for his handling of the fiscal cliff negotiations and aid for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Steve Doocy points out that a conservative group that wants Boehner out says that

they have 20 Republicans who are willing to vote for someone else. Only 17 Republicans would have to oppose Boehner in order to put his speakership in jeopardy, but in order for a challenge to truly be waged, someone would have to request a secret ballot.
