World leaders are speaking out in hopes of preventing further violence along Israel's Gaza border, after Israel authorized the call-up of reservists. And now, troops are reportedly on the move.

So far, 15 Palestinians and three Israelis have been killed in the latest round of fighting. Most recently, militants from Gaza fired a rocket that landed within the city limits of Tel-Aviv,
