JUST IN: Member of New Black Panther Party Watches Philadelphia Polling Place
This picture, taken outside a Philadelphia polling site this morning, calls to mind the scene four years ago, where two members of the New Black Panther Party were accused of trying to intimidate voters.
The group says it plans to send out members to monitor the vote today, as it did four years ago.
Later on Fox News, Rev. Jesse Jackson weighed in, saying this is not much of an issue unless the man is doing something illegal.
