It’s important to go out and vote on Election Day, but voting more than once doesn't make you a better citizen ... in fact, it makes you a criminal. One Nevada woman tried to take advantage of that right by casting her vote twice.

Roxanne Rubin reportedly voted once in Henderson and then tried to vote again in Las Vegas that same day. Election officials say they saw her name

in the database and did not allow her to vote again. Rubin was arrested by FBI agents and has been charged with a felony.
