With four days left until Election Day, many observers believe the White House will hinge on Ohio's 18 electoral votes. Polls show the race in the Buckeye State could go either way, leading to questions about the integrity of the vote in a state where voter fraud and other issues cropped up in 2004 and '08.

This morning on America's Newsroom, Bill Hemmer talked to Eric Shawn, who was live at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections in Cleveland. Shawn was there four years ago covering voter registration fraud by ACORN.

In 2004, two people were convicted of rigging the recount.

Watch Shawn's full report on what measures have been taken in Ohio to ensure a fair election.
