Rep. Paul Ryan touted the benefits of the Republican ticket's plan to reform Medicare and Social Security, saying the Obama administration has not put forth a "credible" plan on either entitlement program.

"Medicare and Social Security

are going bankrupt. These are indisputable facts," Ryan said.

He criticized Obamacare for putting a board of 15 health experts in charge of cutting Medicare each year, claiming it would lead to less and less care for seniors.

"Choice and competition, we would rather have 50 million seniors determining how their Medicare is delivered to them, instead of fifteen bureaucrats deciding what, if, where, when they get it," he said.
