The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency is calling Lance Armstrong the kingpin of the most sophisticated doping program in recent sports history.

The agency recently released a 200-plus page report on the subject, featuring testimony from 11 of his former teammates who say they not only saw him doping, but that he pressured them into taking performance-enhancing substances as well.

To discuss the matter, Megyn Kelly welcomed Fox News legal analysts Mercedes Colwin and Arthur Aidala to discuss the allegations on America Live.

“Where there’s smoke, there’s fire,” said Colwin, stating her belief that there must be some truth to the report, which contains 26 affidavits from different individuals. “You can’t possibly say that all of those 26 people are liars,” she said.

Aidala, on the other hand, was quick to point out that the United States Attorney of Los Angeles performed a two-year investigation and dismissed the case.
