Judge Napolitano: 'Israel Is a Sovereign Country ... It Can Attack Iran On Its Own'
Last night on Special Report Bret Baier sat down for a lengthy discussion with Judge Andrew Napolitano, Charles Krauthammer and Juan Williams on the All-Star Panel. The speech at the U.N. by Israeli Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was the lead topic, but the trio also got into the fallout from the Libya consulate attack and the current state of the 2012 presidential election. Judge Napolitano pointed out that Israel does not need the United States' consent to strike Iran. "Israel is a sovereign country, it doesn't need the approval of the United States of America or any international body to defend itself. If the Iranian use of nuclear weapons on Israel is imminent, under principles of the just war and under international law, Israel can destroy that on its own," said Napolitano.
