England's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge won a legal victory in French court Tuesday when a judge ordered a magazine to turn over all copies of the topless photos of Kate Middleton. The pictures, of Prince William and his wife, were published last week, showing the couple sunbathing on a private beach in the south of France.

Defense attorney Arthur Aidala, however, pointed out

that the ruling is a "hollow victory" because it only applies to the French publisher. The photos are already being published in other tabloids across Europe and are easily accessible on the internet.
