Governors from two of what many consider to be the most business-friendly states in the nation -- Gov. Rick Perry of Texas and Gov. Rick Scott of Florida -- are duking it out for the top spot ... in a friendly fishing competition.

So is Perry worried that Scott may be, as Neil Cavuto aptly put it, "nipping at his heels?" Apparently not.

"I'm

not worried about it; it's one of the things I'm proud of ... is that the governors have put tax and regulatory and legal policies into place. [...] I'm surrounded by some people who get it about economic development, and it just makes us work that much harder," Perry said.
