After President Obama's health care law was passed by Congress, we began to learn more about the law itself. One of those facets is that it's going to cost more than Americans were originally told.

Thursday morning, Fox Business's Charles Payne

reported that just like Pandora's box, more and more things are being revealed in the law as time passes, and one of them is that it will cost not the $1 trillion promised by President Obama, but approximately $2.6 trillion over the next decade ... which is close to three times more than thought. Plus, Payne says the number could go up.

"We're still in the early stages ... consider this is the first inning, and it's just going to get worse," he said. "Once you seriously implement this and start thinking about all the ramifications on it ... from the idea that this perhaps would bend the cost curve down, no one thinks that's going to happen."

Payne said that ultimately, it's going to come back on the taxpayers.
