A major drug bust in Arizona has lead to 203 arrests. The investigation, called "Operation Crank Call," involved undercover work over a 15-year period. Rick Folbaum reports that the target was an offshoot of the Sinaloa drug cartel, one of the most powerful drug trafficking organizations in the entire world.

Almost eight million dollars in cash was seized and over 1200 lbs of drugs were uncovered, including marijuana, cocaine, heroin and methamphetamines. Forty-four firearms were seized as well.

The state attorney general hopes the arrests will prompt federal officials to put more patrol units along the Arizona-Mexico border.
