GOP presidential hopeful Rick Santorum sat down with Bret Baier, A.B. Stoddard, Steve Hayes and Charles Krauthammer on Wednesday night to answer their pointed questions about the big issues. Krauthammer began with a challenge to Santorum on health care, asking the former senator what his substitution would be to the current president's health care plan, whether or not he needed one.

Santorum's initial response didn't seem to satisfy Krauthammer, with

the Pennsylvania politician saying at first that his alternative would be to "give you my track record."

He quickly extrapolated, saying that a patient driven, consumer driven healthcare system is vital to having a "rational health care system."

"...[One] that is consistent with the philosophy of America, which is free markets, build it from the bottom up, and don't control it from the top down. You have to have patients involved in the transactions."

Do you think Santorum adequately answered Charles's question?
