WSJ Reporter: Why So Little Curiosity About Obama's Background, But Limitless About Palin's?
Following a quest to dig up dirt on Sarah Palin in nearly 25,000 pages of emails released at the request of certain members of the media, the Wall Street Journal's John Fund talks about why the Left's curiosity about Sarah Palin's past is, well, curious in and of itself.
"It seems that there was very little curiosity about Barack
Obama's background, and there's absolutely no limit to the curiosity about Sarah Palin's."
Fund admits that while the scandal-seeking mission does seem to give the former governor an upper-hand, the email revelations aren't all so flattering. "She's obviously very thin-skinned about criticism, and she's obsessive about the media coverage of her," Fund said. "So, I think the media and Sarah Palin have been made for each other."
